Referral Reward Program – Terms & Conditions

The customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Referral Reward Program as mentioned below

“Referrer” shall mean:

  1. An existing eligible customer of Majestique Landmarks who has booked a unit and signed a registered Agreement to Sell; or
  2. A registered walk-in or site-visit guest who has not booked a unit (VDNB); or
  3. An employee of Majestique Landmarks (as per specific eligibility); or
  4. An external influencer or promoter registered under the program —
    and who wishes to refer another person to purchase/book a unit in a project by Majestique Landmarks or its subsidiaries/affiliates.

“Referred” shall mean:

The person introduced by the Referrer who completes a valid registration, visits the project, and ultimately books and registers a unit under an Agreement for Sale in an eligible Majestique Landmarks project.

Eligibility and Conditions

  1. Referrers must have a valid and registered Agreement to Sell or must be registered on the official referral system prior to making the referral.
  2. A Referrer cannot refer an existing Majestique Landmarks customer, nor anyone who has:
  3. Enquired directly with the company in the past 3 months
  4. Visited the site or registered as a direct walk-in
  5. Been sourced by any channel partner, broker, or other referral source
  6. Referrals where the Referrer and Referred are the same person will not be accepted.
  7. If a referral is submitted by multiple Referrers, the earliest valid submission will be eligible for the reward.
  8. Referrals are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission, unless the referred customer books within that period.

Reward Disbursement

  1. Rewards will be given only on confirmed bookings where an Agreement to Sell has been executed and payment milestones achieved.
  2. Disbursal of rewards will be made within 90 days from the date of booking registration.
  3. Rewards will be in the form of gift vouchers/cards with applicable terms and validity.

Communication and Consent

By participating, the Referrer and Referred agree to receive promotional messages and communications from Majestique Landmarks or its partner platforms (e.g. CRM tools or reward apps). Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@majestiquelandmarks.in

Program Integrity

This Referral Program cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers. Majestique Landmarks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. All decisions related to eligibility, disputes, or rewards shall be final and binding at the discretion of Majestique Landmarks.

Jurisdiction

All disputes under this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune courts.

Employee Referral Program – Majestique Landmarks

  1. Eligible employees may refer up to 3 customers per financial year, with a total referral reward cap of ₹XX,XX,XXX per year.
  2. Only full-time employees not under probation or notice period may participate.
  3. The reward will be processed within 60 days of 10% collection and status approval in the system.

Lead Protection Policy

Majestique Landmarks has a Lead Protection Policy of 60 days — any referred lead already tagged to another source will not be considered valid. 

If a booking is made before the referral is submitted, no reward will be applicable.

Referral leads must be submitted only through the official employee referral form/portal.

Employees of the Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Project Heads for the referred project are not eligible for referral benefits.

DISCLAIMERS

  1. Majestique Landmarks will not be liable for product quality, delivery delays, or third-party disputes arising from the use of such rewards.
  2. Refunds or cancellations are not applicable once rewards are issued.
